Acceptance

By downloading or playing KOR: The Last Spark (the "Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game on your own device for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, selling or redistributing the game's code, art, sounds or levels without permission is not allowed.

Intellectual property

All content in the Game (characters, art, sounds, level designs, name and logo) belongs to the developer of KOR: The Last Spark.

The game is free and contains Google AdMob ads. Advertisers and Google are responsible for the content of the ads. How ads handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

"No ads" purchase

This one-time purchase turns off the between-level ads in the game. Payments and refunds follow Google Play or App Store rules; refund requests are made through the store. The purchase is tied to the same store account and can be recovered with Settings > Restore purchases.

Progress

Your progress is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you delete the game, change devices or clear the app's data, and we cannot recover it.

Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game. Play in a safe place, and take care if you are sensitive to vibration or bright effects.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
